Bears Vs. Packers.

The bears and packers rivalry is one of the best in football if not in all of sports. The two teams have combined for twenty-two nfl championships  With thirteen going to the packers and nine going to the bears. The packers also have won four super bowls and been in five the bears have won one and been in two. It is the longest rivalry in sports going all the way back to 1921. This article is to compare individual players from the team last year to see who really had the better team despite the record and the final championship.

Quarterback-  Green Bay packers- Aaron rodgers.  This was Rodgers sixth year in the league. He  completed 65% of his passes for 3,922 yards. He also had 28 touchdowns and eleven interceptions. Rodgers is considered one of the most accurate quarterbacks in the nfl. He has been with the Packers his hole career thus far. He was talked about as possible mvp canidate but the award eventually went to tom brady. Aaron also has one of the top reciving cores in football.Rodgers won the Super Bowl MVP. Rodgers missed one start due to a concusion this season.

Chicago Bears- Jay Cutler-- This was Jay Cutler's fifth year in the league and second with the Chicago Bears.  He completed 60 percent of his passes for 3,274 yards. He also threw for 23 touchdowns and  16 interceptions. The INT total was high but it was lower then last year which he had 26. The struggles jay had this year could be attributed to the poor offensive line and no true number one receiver. He missed one start also due to a concussion. His season ended rather badly has he tore his mcl in the NFC Title game against the packers. A lot of bear fans turned on cutler questioning his toughness.

Edge Green Bay Packers. Rodgers has proved to be a very accurate QB all year. He missed one game due to injury same as cutler. What gives Rodgers the edge is the low number of INT's and the super bowl appearance plus Super Bowl MVP. Rodgers has proven to be a great predicessor to Brett Favre. He already did something Favre was never able to do get a Super  Bowl MVP

Running back.  Green Bay Packers Ryan Grant (finished season on IR) John Kuhn (converted fullback) Brandon Jackson and James Starks. This group had so many players because of the injury to Ryan Grant. If grant had staid healthy this season the packers could of had a very dangerous offense. He got hurt the first game of the year though and there running game never recovered. They never decided on a true starter as they jumped between Kuhn and Jackson. In the playoffs the bulk of the carries went to Starks who had 183 yards rushing which lead all running backs.

Chicago Bears- Matt Forte/ Chester Taylor.  Matt Forte once again had the bulk of the carries all year for the bears. He has proven to be a big offense weapon in the pass game and rushing the ball. He finished hte season with 1,069 yards and 6 TD's. Chester Taylor who is there 3rd down running back finished the season with 267 yards and 3 TD'S.

Edge Chicago Bears- This could of ended different had grant staid healthy. I don't think it would of though. Forte has proven to be a big weapon in the offense for the bears and is a more dependable back then Ryan Grant.

Wide Receivers-  Green Bay Packers- Greg Jennings, Donald Driver, James Jones, Jordy Nelson.  Greg Jennings the Packers number one receiver finished the season with 1,265 yards and 12 TD's. Donald Driver the slot option finished with 565 yards and 4 TD's. James Jones Finished the year with  679 Yards and 5 TD's. He was used as the third receiver but in the Super  Bowl got more looks due to the injury to driver. Jones is a big risk at receiver as he drops alot of passes. Jordy Nelson - Jordy Nelson Finished the season with 582 yards and 2 TD's.  Nelson had a big super bowl finishing with over 100 yards receiving and a touchdown but also had key drops.

Chicago Bears- Devin Hester, Devin Aromashodu, Earl Bennett, Johnny Knox--- Devin Hester finished the year with 475 Yards and 4 TD's Hester is considered the bears number one receiver Johnny Knox there slot option or number two receiver finished with 960 yards and 5 TD's the bears highest numbers for a receiver.  Earl Bennett the bears third option finished with 561 yards and 4 TD'S. The bears fourth option Devin Aromashodu finished with 149 yards and no touchdowns

Edge Green Bay Packers- The Packers have one of the deepest receiving core's in football. The bears lose out in this section because of no true number one receiver on the roster. There have been rumors that Driver will retire and James Jones will leave in free agency. Driver I think will play another year. I am expecting Jones to test free agency but I suspect he will return. If he doesnt I could see the packers either trading up in the first round or with there pick taking another reciever to fill his spot.

Tight End   Green Bay Packers-  Jermichael Finley (finished season on IR), Donald Lee, Andrew Quarless The packers tight ends this year had no real stand outs. There best option Finley finished the season on the IR. Quarless finished with 238 yards and 1 TD and showed a hint of possibly being a strong number two tight-end. Donald Lee finished with  73 yards and 3 TD'S. Lee was the former number one tight end but is used more as a blocking player. He was realised at the end of the season.

Chicago Bears- Greg Olsen, Kellen Davis, Brandon Manumaleuna.  Greg Olsen finished the year with 404 yards and 5 TD'S. The bears second tight end who was used mostly as a blocker had only 19 yards and 1 TD but came up with a big Touchdown reception in the playoffs and will provide a good weapon for cutler in the future. Brandon Manumaleuna was used in the same way as a blocker. In Mike Martz system that is what tight ends are for and Brandon did that very well. Olsen was the stand out of the group

Edge- Chicago Bears. Greg Olsen is the big reason they get the edge. Him and Finley are both hybrid tight ends were they are so fast and big it is almost impossible to cover them. With Finley being injured the edge has to go to the bears

Offensive line-  Green bay packers  Chad Clifton(Left Tackle) Daryn Colledge ( Left Guard) Scott wells (center) Josh Sitton( Right Guard) Bryan Bulaga( Right Tackle) The packers offensive line made a huge improvement in the 2010 season. In 2009 they allowed Rodgers to get sacked a league high 51 times. This doesn't include the amount of times he was hit or rushed a pass. The o line this year gave up 36 sacks. That is a huge improvement the main people to credit are pro-bowl tackle Chad Clifton and right guard and tackle's josh sitton and Bryan Bulaga. As a first year player Bulaga steeped in big when mark Taucher went down with a injury and the packers line didn't lose a step. Josh Sitton has been the best offensive linemen since he was drafted two years ago

Chicago Bears  (Left Tackle) Frank Omiyale, (Left Guard) Chris Williams (Center) Olin Krutz (Right Guard)  Roberto Garza (Right Tackle)  J'marcus Webb--- The bears offensive line allowed a league worse 52 sacks. This was one more then the packers line allowed the year before. The bears line struggled for many different reason's. They kept moving players around like Chris Williams who is normally a left tackle they moved him to guard when he struggled thinking the move would improve the line. It did not Omiyale played well at the tackle position but Chris Williams still had difficulties. There rookie on the right side of the line J'marcus Webb who was drafted in the 7th round had some problems to but as a 7th round draft pick that is to be expected.

Edge-Green Bay Packers. The  packer offensive line still allowed Rodgers to get hit alot but made a huge improvement overall. They still need to make improvements as Clifton is getting older and college is now a free agent. The bears need a complete overhaul of there line. One suggestion would be to sign packers free agent college to help with the guard position on either side of the ball.

Pass Rusher (Primary)  Green Bay Packers- Clay Matthews-  Clay in his second year in the league had 60 tackles 2 forced fumbles and a interception that was also returned for a TD.  Clay also finished the year with 13.5 sacks and was the first player in packers history to have two three sack games in a row. In the Playoffs he had 3 and a half sacks. He also finished second in defensive player of the year

Chicago Bears ---Julius Peppers- Peppers in his first year as a bear had 54 tackles and 8 sacks.  He also had 3 forced fumbles and 2 interceptions. This was the first year for Peppers and he helped get the bears defense back to were it is used to being at the top. Julius for the most part silenced critics who say he doesn't show up for some games. In the playoffs he was stooped for the most part.

Edge Green Bay Packers- Clay Matthews coming of a rookie of the year season had another great year helping the packers get to the super bowl and win it. Clay is the key component of the packers defense besides Charles Woodson Clay is what makes the green bay defense go.

Secondary Pass rusher-   Green Bay Packers- Frank Zombo-- For his first year with the packers filling in for injured starter brad Jones Zombo had a decent year. He had 38 tackles and 2 forced fumbles to go along with 4 sacks.  He also had one big sack in the super bowl.

Chicago Bears-- Isreal Idonije-  Isreal had 49 tackles 3 forced fumbles and 8 sacks. this was his first year starting full time for the bears at left defensive end. In the playoffs he had one sack.

Edge Chicago bears- Isreal had a better season for the bears. The numbers were pretty close but he was more of a force for the pass rush.

Defensive Tackles  Green Bay Packers ( Cullen Jenkins ,Ryan Picket ,  BJ Raji)  Cullen Jenkins had 18 tackles and 7 sacks on the year. Ryan picket had  32 tackles and 1 sack.  BJ Raji had 39 tackles and 6.5 sacks. Raji also had 1 sack and a interception returned for a TD in the playoffs.

Chicago Bears- Anthony Adams, Matt Toeaina,  Tommie Harris---- Adams had 37 tackles 2 forced fumbles and 2 sacks. Toeaina had 24 tackles and 2 sacks. Tommie Harris  had 13 tackles and 1.5 sacks

Edge Green Bay Packers- This was a hard choice. Having 2 different defenses its hard to compare line's since they are asked to do different things. I decided to go with the Packers because of the force of BJ Raji and his big play in the NFC Title Game. So the edge went to the packers unit.

Linebacker Green Bay Packers Nick Barnet(Injured Reserve) Desmond Bishop-- Desmond Bishop came into the season as second string linebacker behind Nick Barnet. Desmond's 2010 stats were 103 tackles 2 forced fumbles and 1 INT to go along with 3 sacks. In the playoffs he had 26 tackles and 1 sack

Chicago Bears--- Brian Urlacher---125 tackles 2 forced fumbles 1 int 4 sacks.  In the post season  Brian had 17 tackles 1 sack and 1 interception.

Edge- Brian Urlacher- The stats were very close urlacher ended up having 22 more tackles and one more sack. I think Uralacher had a very good bounce back year and should of been in consideration for Defensive MVP.

Linebacker 2 Green Bay Packers  AJ Hawk-- AJ also at the beginning of the year a back up or only a situational linebacker got in because of injuries. He had 111 tackles 3 interceptions and  half a sack. In the post season he had 16 tackles.

Chicago Bears- Lance Briggs-  Lance has been one of the most consistent players on the bears defense the past few years. He finished the 2010 season with 89 tackles 2 forced fumbles and 2 interceptions  and 2 sacks. In the Post season he had 11 tackles and 1 interception.

Edge Chicago Bears- Lance Briggs didn't have the same amount of tackles but played from a different position. I also gave Lance the edge because of playing and starting the hole year and being a more consistent player.

Linebacker 3  Green Bay Packers- Eric Walden--- Walden was another undrafted player who was picked up because of injuries. He finished the season with 25 tackles and 3 sacks. In the post season he had 9 tackles 1 sack and 1 forced fumble

Chicago Bears- Pisa Tinoisamoa- Pisa  finished the 2010 season with 40 tackles 1 sack  and 1 forced fumble  He also had 3 tackles in the post season. He didn't play in 4 games during the regular season

Edge Chicago Bears- Pisa gets the edge here.  Neither linebacker played the hole season but Pisa played more of it. He didn't have eye popping number by any means but he did have a good season for the bear. Had he played the hole season he would of had around 80 tackles and 4 sacks. Were as Walden would have around 55 tackles. Pisa gets the edge because of what could have been not what was.

Corner Back  Charles Woodson - Coming off of a defensive player of the year award in 2009 Woodson's stats actually went down. This year he finished with 95 tackles, 2 forced fumbles, 2 interception and 2 sacks. In the postseason he had 6 tackles and 1 sack. Woodson's stats went down because he was used more  as a rover. he lined up in almost every position on defense

Tramon Williams - Trammon beat out Al Harris as the starter at corner. In 2010 Trammon had 57 tackles, 1 forced fumble, 6 interceptions and  1 sack. Trammon was usually lined up against  the other teams best receiver. Trammon gave coach Dom Capers the option of using Woodson as a rover because of how much he progressed during the year

Sam Shields- Shields was picked up as a undrafted free agent mostly to return kick offs. He ended up playing nickle back for most of the year. He finished with 29 tackles and 2 interceptions. In the post season he had 13 tackles 1 sack and 2 interceptions. One of which closed out the game for the packers to send them to the super bowl

Chicago Bears- Charles Tillman- Charles was the number one corner for the bears on the year. He finished the season with 83 tackles, 3 forced fumbles, and 5 interceptions. He was there best cover corner and used to shut down the opposing teams best weapon. In the post season Tillman had 6 tackles and no interceptions.

Tim Jennings- Tim was for the most part lined up against the other teams slot option. He finished the year with 56 tackles 1 forced fumble and 1 interception. In the post season he had 10 tackles. In the post season  Jennings had 10 tackles and 2 passes deflected.

Zack Bowman- Bowman was scheduled to start the year as the number two corner across from Tillman. He lost the starting job to Tim Jennings. Bowman finished the year with  32 tackles 1 forced fumble and no interceptions.

Edge Green Bay Packers- The Packers corners played better as a unit. The key difference for the packers came with Sam shields vs Zack bowman. Shields proved to be the bigger difference maker and helped out in the playoffs more then bowman. Zach bowman actually didn't have a tackle, pass defended or interception in the playoffs. The advantage also comes because of the interception Trammon Williams got against Vick to end the game and send the packers to the next round of the playoffs.

Strong Safety Green Bay Packers- Nick Collins.  Collins finished the year with 40 tackles and 4 interceptions. He had a key interception in the super bowl that was a game changing play. This happened as the Steelers were about to score against the Packers.

Chicago Bears- Danieal Manning-  Manning finished the year with 72 tackles and 1 interception. In the post season he had 6 tackles

Advantage- Nick Collins- Collins gets the advantage because of his playoff numbers and interceptions through the entire year.

Free Safety--  Green Bay Packers- Charlie Peprah- Charlie started the year behind Morgan Burnett and Atari Bigby on the Depth Chart. At the end of the year he had 63 tackles and 2 interceptions. In the post season he had 25 tackles.

Chicago Bears- Chris Harris- Chris was signed as a free agent by the bears at the beginning of the 2010 season. Harris finished the season with 70 tackles and 5 interceptions. He had 6 tackles in the post season

Edge Chicago Bears- Chris Harris had a better year then Peprah. This is true because of him playing the hole year as starter. But even if Peprah would of played the hole year his stats wouldn't equal what Chris Harris had.

Kicker  Green Bay Packers- Mason Crosby- Mason had a bounce back year from the season before. In 2009 he was barley able to kick from 30 yards he could nail all the long ones but struggled with short range kicks. This season he improved alot and had a78.6% completion rate.

Chicago Bears- Robbie Gould- Robbie Gould has been one of the most accurate kickers since he was drafted by the bears in 2002. This season he had a completion percentage of 83.3%

Edge Chicago Bears- Although mason did improve this year Robbie has the higher percentage so I have to go with him.

Punter  Green Bay Packers- Tim Masthy- The packers punter this year was a huge sign of relief by many packer fans. For the past 4 years there punters have been terrible and basically were giving away field position to the other team. This year though Masthy did a very good job epically in the last 2 games against the Chicago bears were he didn't allow Hester to get any returns

Chicago Bears- Brad Maynard- Brad has been one of the best punters in the league for a while. But this season we started to see his abilities go down a little bit. He still got a good average number of kicks in the 20 but he also had a lot that only traveled 20-30 yards. With recent news that the bears were trying out other punters Maynard's days in Chicago might be over

Edge Green Bay- I gave the edge to Masthy on this one because of the season he had improving hte packers special teams and his age. Maynard is about ready to retire I think at least and masthy should have a long career in green bay for time to come.

Kick Return/ Punt return--- Green Bay- Trammon Williams/ Sam Shields/ Pat Lee-- The packers return game for yet another year was bad. Punt return got a little better but the kick off return almost every time the packers were starting at the 20 or deeper in there own end of the field.

Chicago Bears- Devin Hester, Danieal Manning- The bears have one of the best kick return groups in football. Both Hester and Manning are a threat to take it all the way on each try. They almost always give the bears great field position.

Edge Chicago Bears- For now this edge is to the Bears but with new rules coming into place things could change as kick returns might not be as big as they once were.

Head Coach-  Green Bay Packers- Mike McCarthy- McCarthy did alot for the packers team this year battling thru injuries. He proved to be a great young coach. When he first came people were saying how they should get rid of him he isnt that good of a coach. Look were he braught the packers with 16 players on the IR. He also has a 48-32 regular season record  and 5-2 in the playoffs and for the years he has coached the packers have only been under 500 once.

Chicago Bears- Lovie Smith- Lovie has actually been a decent coach for the bears he has a 63-59 record for the regular season and 3-3 in the playoffs. This year Lovie did alot to help his team get to the NFC Title game alot of people said it was mostly luck but there is some skill in luck.  The one thing that didnt change was Lovie still remanis Stubborn and wont listen to people considering a change of his defensive system. The bears by alot of people were projected to be 7-9 at most and they almost got to the super bowl Lovie diserves credit for that.

Edge Green Bay Packers- McCarthy gets the edge here because even though Lovie braught his team farther then most would think. I say Mike did more having to deal with alot of starters being hurt but he didnt let them take that as an excuse and he kept pusing the team harder until they got to the super bowl.

Defensive Corrdinator-  Green Bay Packers- Dom Capers- Dom did a great job with this defense this year. Much like McCarthy on the offensive side Dom had to deal with alot of his star defensive players like Brandon Chillar and Nick Barnett to go along with rookie Morgan Burnett being place on IR. But Dom put a good system in and is able to work with the peaces he has and make them a top 5 defense

Chicago Bears- Rod Marinelli- Rod did a good job in brining the bears defense back to near the top of the league. He did as much as he can to help the defense. They played good this year but you can see why lovie hired him. He wont hire someone who wants to change his scheme which would actually help this team alot. I am not saying a 3-4 as they dont have the peaces in place for that just yet but just change the tampa 2 as people have figured out how to game plan against it just through slant routes down the middle or a long bomb.

Draw- These two are actually pretty even. Both coordinators braught defenses that before were almost near the bottom of the league and braught them back to being top 5 each.

Offensive Coordinator- Green Bay Packers- Joe Philbin- Even though Joe is labled as offensive coordinator most of the play calling is done by Mike McCarthy. Those two have made the packers offesnive unit one of the scariest in football. Even with ryan grant and finley being hurt they still were able to score points good. And like in the falcons game score them in bunches. If there is a next year I think these two will make up some good ideas to make that offense one of the best again.

Chicago Bears- Mike Martz- The Bears braught in Martz at the begining of last season. They hired him to try and help there struggling offensive unit. On his arivial he said how he thinks this team could be like his ram's team. He even compared Hester and Knox to Issac Bruce and Tory Holt. Martz offense did better but still struggled with turnover and poor offensive line play. Martz also did some plays that just didnt make sense. Like in the seahawks game wer he decided to have matt forte in the wildcat through a pass

Advantage Green Bay- This could change in the coming years. If angelo gets a good number one reciever for the bears and some offensive line help they could be dangerous. But as of right now I have to go with the Packers because they had  a more succuesful season.

General Manager  Green Bay Packers- Ted Thompson- Ted Thompson did a great job putting together this packer team. He took alot of critizism before this season started about poor choices in the draft like justin harrell. But he proved most of his doubters wrong. His big moves of picking up people like sam shields, Frank Zombo and Eric walden helped bring this team to the top. His best picks by far were drafting Aaron Rodgers. This pick shocked people because at the time the Packers already had an established quaerterback but he took a risk and it paid off. Also his signings of Charles Woodson and Ryan Picket were big. He also finds good late round jems like James Starks and Jermicheal Finley.

Chicago Bears- Jerry Angelo-  Jerry does a ok job as general manager nothing to spectacular but nothing to bad either. He relys more on free agency and trades then the draft to assemble his team. That is the major knock on him that he is a very bad drafter and most of his first round picks have been busts. He has made some big late round picks like devin hester and johnny knox. But his lack of success in the first few rounds really makes fans dislike Jerry. Also his thought of sticking with Lovie as alot of Bear fans are no longer in love with Lovie. There is also a thought that he gave up way to much to bring Jay Cutler to Chicago. From what I hear from alot of friends who are bear fans is that if they were to trade jay back they wouldnt get anywere close to what they gave up for him.

Edge- Green Bay- I give this one to Ted because he assembled a super bowl championship team. He also built alot of depth on this team and people think if there is football next year this team can repeat and be domminant in years to come.

Final Score 11-9 Packers.  In this article I will admit I had a hard time not being Biased and giving the packers all the advantages. The truth is the bears do have a good team but need better managment and some key additions to help the team succeed. Both of these teams will be good for years to come. I can see another super bowl title run or  two for the packers. But I can also see the bears getting to one or two and possibly winning one if they make improvments. The main thing to help the bears is I think they need to fire Lovie and Jerry. These two mean well but the team is just not that good with them in control.

What happend to Pro Wrestling

Sixteen years ago a top in pro wrestling. They had the attitude era in WWF and the Monday Night Wars. The attitude era's begining was amazing. It was born at the king of the ring in 1996. When Austin gave his iconic austin 3:16 speech. That started a time in wrestling that would never be matched. Shortly after that the orginal Degeneration-X got started and ran wild through the WWF. Lead by Triple H and HBK with Ravishing Rick Rude the orginal group was as it says degenerates that didnt follow any rules but there own. In WCW at this time a similar group was being formed in the NWO. This group took things a little farther then DX. They actually took over the show from time to time. They also got the companies "leader" in eric bichoff to join them. When the NWO was in full force there was no stopping them. That was also the downside as so many factions of the nwo exsisted the wolfpac the lwo it came to a point were everyone in wcw was almost in the NWO. The wcw in this time also created some of the most inovative matches. One was the War Games match were it had three seperate rings in a battle royal and the final partcipants competed for a title or just to be the winner. They also made a match to counter wwe's hell in a cell that was the triple cage match. This match though entertaining ended in a very poor way which was the begining of the end for wcw as david arquette won the wcw heavyweight title. After this happened Jeff Jarrett started his own version of the NWO called NWO Silver and Black. Though entertaing it never got the same following because jarret as a leader of the group just wasnt believable. In wwe they made some of there own unique matches. One of which was TLC the first ever TLC match was between the hardy boys edge and christian and the dudleyz. This match was one of the best of its time. The precurser to this match which was the ladder match between edge and christian and the hardy boys also had some jaw dropping moments as jeff got speard off the hanging belt. After some back and forth rating wise with the monday night war's eventually wwf baught out wcw. This at first was very intresting. They had an alliance storyline were wcw "invaded" wwe but it fell weak as some of the top stars goldberg, sting, and kevin nash were not involved as wwe didnt want to pay there high contracts.

In 2002 a new wrestling company got its start. It was named Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling. It was founded by jeff jarret. This company like the orginal wcw had some amazing moments like any of there ultimate x matches or there 6-sided cage match. The company thrived for a while focusing on the x-division and having jeff jarrett be the big dog in the company. This only lasted so long. The big blow that tna got in on wwe which made it seem like a big rivalry was going to happen is when Kurt Angle signed with TNA. This happened in september of 2006. Kurt right away made a huge impact in tna starting of a rivalry with samoa joe and eventually being tag champs with joe and soon the tna heavy weight champion.

Fast forward to now 2011. Both compaines are still around but at times seem to be grasping at straws. WWE as it is now called there top star is john cena who love him or hate him is the face of the company and does a pretty good job at being that face. He is schduled in 2 weeks to have a wrestlmania match against the current wwe champ The Miz. A big speculation is that former wwe champion and attitude era big shot the rock is going to be invoved as he is the guest hots of wrestlmania. This wrestlmania while the card looks good it seems as if they are just trying like hell to get ratings up. They have braught in stone cold steve austin to refree a pointless match with micheal cole vs jerry lawler. They have a match that should be quit entertaining in the undertaker vs triple h. But with the billing for this match they are trying to trick fans into thinking this is the first wrestlmania the two have faced eachother at wrestlmania 17 were taker defeated the game. The wwe is trying to put this out of the fans mind because they want it to seem new which it is not. I am not saying the match will not be entertaining because i am quit excited for it. But with how many wins taker already has at wrestlmania these matches lose there appeal as it never seems like he will lose and never seems believable that he could. The other main event is set up to be edge vs alberto del rio for the world title there have been rumors that christian edge's long time friend will be involved but that is yet to be scene. If wrestlmania draws big I can see a end to tna for several reason's. Which will be bad for wrestling because as of right now tna is the only thing close to comptition for the wwe.

A big reason tna is in a down fall is they have no true face to there company. For a while the face of tna has been jeff hardy former wwe champion but he is no longer there top star as he is facing drug charges. His last match in tna was against sting at turning point. Jeff hardy showed up to the match in no condition to compete. There are rumors that he was drunk or on drugs but also that he was just sick. Eitehr way the match shouldnt of happend as it did. It started off jeff walking out to the ring barley standing up right. He got into the ring and right away eric bichoff ran off and made some changes to the match mainly saying it was now a NO DQ match. The match started with jeff teasing fan's acting like he was going to throw his shirt but it never happend. The match had a total of 3 moves which didnt even take up two minutes. Sting punched jeff pushed him into the corner and then hit his finshing ddt on jeff and got the quick three count. After this match you could hear a loud chant from the tna fans saying this is bullshit. To which sting walking up the ring nodded his head and said I agree. Tna since 2010 has been on a drastic downfall since hogan and bichoff joined the company. Like they did in wcw it seems as they are doing in tna and proving that they can kill any company.

I am hoping that wrestling turns around and returns to some resemblence of its glory days. I have no strong feeling that it will happen though. With one company on its last breath in tna and another with no one to threaten tehre top spot in wwe it seems more or less that things will stay the same.
